We have done much to make this home our own. To achieve that, we've learned much about the property, its past occupants and have successfully approached the Historic District Commission five times to submit plans for its improvement and maintenance. Here's where it stands today; 2015.
This is probably not the cellar that you'd expect to see in an 18th century home.
In all of these pictures I'm sure you've noticed that the cellar and garage have plenty of space. That's why we built the 12'x20' Reeds Ferry building. Neither the cellar nor the garage are packed full of "stuff." You can comfortably fit both of your vehicles in the garage out of weather and not trip over "stuff" in the cellar.
